Media printing × managed IT

Print that plugs
into your stack.

We are a printing house and a managed IT provider in the same building. Your security audit, your HR handbook and the network that stores them are handled by one team — and every printed piece we produce can carry a reader straight back into a digital workflow.

The gap

Most IT providers stop at the screen. Most printers stop at the sheet.

Your managed service provider knows your firewall rules but has never specified a paper stock. Your printer can hold a Pantone across 40,000 impressions but cannot tell you where the print job sat on your network on its way to the tray.

That gap is where documents go wrong — an audit nobody reads, a policy nobody signs, a mailer that points at a landing page that was never built. We work on both sides of it.

The industry word for it is phygital: physical and digital delivery designed as one thing, so the printed piece and the system behind it were planned by the same people on the same day.

Where the two sides meet

Four services that only work if you own both halves

Each of these starts as a printed object and finishes inside a system — or the other way around. None of them can be delivered cleanly by a print shop or an IT provider working alone.

IT risk assessment booklet

The physical-digital security audit

A bound risk assessment gets read. A dense PDF gets skimmed and forgotten.

The integration

We turn your audit findings into legible charts and a properly typeset, bound IT Infrastructure & Risk Assessment booklet. A personalised QR code on the final page opens the client's secure cloud portal, where the decision-maker signs the service agreement. Print earns the attention; the portal closes the deal.

Employee cyber-hygiene playbook

Desk playbooks for cyber-hygiene

Employees are the largest security risk, and browser-tab compliance training is the easiest thing to ignore.

The integration

Premium desk mats and pocket pamphlets keep the critical rules in front of people all day — how to spot a phishing email, why passwords are never reused, what to do in the ten minutes after a mistake. Reading on paper measurably improves comprehension and recall, and a QR code on every piece opens the certification module so you still get the audit trail.

Secure print and document control

Secure print & document management

The least-managed device on most corporate networks is the printer in the corner.

The integration

Our managed IT team runs the servers, print release, retention policy and networked printer fleet under GDPR or HIPAA rules. Our studio designs, formats and fulfils the corporate profiles, HR booklets and brand collateral that come off them. One owner, one policy, one invoice for everything document-related.

One owner for every document

Hybrid print and digital funnel

Hybrid marketing funnels

Direct mail works when it has somewhere specific to send people.

The integration

We build the email automation, CRM tracking and landing pages, then design and print the high-impact mailer that drives traffic to them. Because every code and URL is unique to the recipient, you can see which printed piece produced which lead — and combining the two channels makes the online campaign up to 400% more effective.

Compliance that finishes

Training people actually complete

A desk mat cannot be closed, minimised or marked as read. It sits under the keyboard for a year.

01

We write and design the physical piece

Desk mats, pocket cards and stitched pamphlets, in your brand, covering the rules that matter to your sector.

02

Every piece carries a unique code

Scanning takes the employee to their own certification module — no shared links, no guessing who completed what.

03

You get the completion record

Our IT side hosts the module and hands you the audit trail your insurer or regulator asks for.

One stop, both sides

The full document estate, under one policy

From the server the file sits on to the varnish on the cover. Nothing gets handed between two suppliers who blame each other.

For your campaigns

A mailer that reports back

We design the direct mail and build the machinery it points at, so the two are never out of step.

01

Digital first, on our side

Landing pages, email sequences and CRM fields are live before a single sheet is printed.

02

Print with variable data

Each recipient gets their own code, URL and offer, produced on the digital press at any run length.

03

Attribution you can defend

Every scan and visit is traced to the printed piece that caused it, so the next run is aimed better.

Where the two sides meet

Three stages. Nothing leaves the building without clearing all three.

Professional printing is a structured workflow, not a print button. Prepress verifies, press reproduces, post-press finishes — and each stage has its own definition of done.

The quality safeguard

Everything expensive that can go wrong is cheapest to fix here. Files are normalised, checked for technical faults, colour-calibrated to the press and the stock, then proofed — on screen for speed, on paper when the colour has to be right.

Preflight

Bleed, trim, overprint, transparency, image resolution, embedded fonts and spot-colour separations checked automatically.

Colour

ICC profiles matched to the chosen press and paper so what you approve is what you receive.

Proofing

Soft proof for layout sign-off, wet or contract proof where brand colour is contractual.

Gate

No plate is made and no press is booked until prepress signs the file off.

8% → under 2%

No plate is made and no press is booked until prepress signs the file off.

Ink meets stock

Here the job takes one of two routes. Offset presses transfer ink from etched metal plates through a blanket to the sheet — the standard for high volume and premium colour. Digital presses image direct to paper with no plates at all, which makes short, personalised runs viable.

Offset

Plates and make-ready up front, then the best unit cost at volume, the widest stock range and true Pantone matching.

Digital

No plates, no make-ready wait, and every copy can differ — names, codes, offers, region.

Routing

Run length, turnaround, stock and whether the data changes per copy decide the press. We choose it with you at quote stage.

Control

Colour bars are read across the sheet throughout the run, not just on the first pull.

Two routes

One quality standard. The press serves the job, never the other way round.

Where it becomes an object

Printed sheets are not a product yet. Post-press is the trimming, folding, binding and coating that turns them into something with a spine, a square edge and a surface that survives a year on a desk.

Trim & fold

Guillotined to final size, then folded to the imposition the job was planned around.

Binding

Saddle-stitched for pamphlets and short booklets; perfect-bound for anything thick enough to need a printed spine.

Coating

Matt or gloss lamination for durability; UV varnish, spot UV or foil where a cover has to be picked up.

Fulfilment

Packed, addressed and despatched — or mail-merged into the campaign your funnel is already tracking.

The finish

Is the part your client touches first and remembers longest.

Choosing the press

Offset or digital, decided at quote stage

Neither is better. They answer different questions, and picking wrong is what makes print feel expensive.
