Local visibility

If you can't be found,
you don't exist.

Your customers don't start at your front door. They start at a search bar, a map pin, a voice assistant, an AI answer. We build one accurate record of your business, publish it everywhere that matters, and keep it right — so the first thing anyone finds about you is correct, complete and yours.

Why it matters

The problem isn't that you're unlisted. It's that you're listed badly.

Aggregators, mapping services and directories generate business listings automatically — from company registries, old phone books, delivery data and public submissions. So there is almost certainly a version of your business out there already, with a number from two offices ago and a pin on the wrong side of the road. You didn't create it. Customers still judge you by it.

Duplicate listings competing with each other

Duplicates competing with each other

Three half-complete profiles for one business, each holding a fraction of your reviews. Ranking systems see three weak signals instead of one strong one, and customers see whichever version happens to surface.

One canonical name, address and phone record

Details that don't match

When your name, address and phone number appear in five different formats across the web, that inconsistency is read as low confidence and you rank lower for it. Consistency isn't cosmetic — it's a signal.

Assistants and AI answers read your listing data

AI answers built on stale facts

Assistants and AI search summaries are assembled from structured listing data. If the underlying record is wrong, the wrong answer gets repeated confidently, at scale, with no link for you to correct.

Direction requests and map visits

Customers who arrive angry—or not at all

A wrong pin, wrong hours or a dead number doesn't just lose one sale. It produces a public review about it, which then sits under your name for years.

Listings are infrastructure, not marketing.

They belong with the people who manage the rest of your operational data — which is exactly why this sits inside our managed IT service rather than a marketing retainer you cancel next quarter.

Merged and suppressed

One address format everywhere, the legacy listing merged and suppressed, and a single review history behind one profile.

What we actually do

One accurate record, published everywhere, kept alive

Not a one-off submission form. We build the authoritative version of your business data, push it to every layer of the ecosystem, and manage it as a live system.

Claimed and verified map listing

Core platforms

Google Business Profile, Bing Places, Apple Business Connect and the mapping services feeding in-car navigation and phone assistants — claimed, verified and completed properly.

Data aggregators feeding downstream directories

Data aggregators

The wholesale layer that quietly supplies hundreds of smaller sites. Fix the aggregator and you fix downstream copies you'd never find by hand.

Correct primary and secondary categories

Industry directories

Professional bodies, trade associations, chambers of commerce, procurement registries and the B2B marketplaces that matter in your sector.

Structured data markup on your own site

Structured data on your site

Schema markup so your own website confirms the same facts machines are reading elsewhere. Your site should be the source of truth, not another conflicting voice.

Duplicate listings competing with each other

Duplicate suppression

Finding, merging and removing the copies that shouldn't exist. Unglamorous, usually skipped, and usually where the biggest gains are.

Monitoring and change alerts

Ongoing management

Hours changes, seasonal closures, new locations and services, review alerts — plus rejecting the public "suggested edits" that are wrong.

From day one

A new business has a short window to define itself

For the first few months the internet has no opinion about you. Whatever it finds first tends to stick — which makes this the cheapest and most effective moment to get it right.

A format that never changes

We fix it once — "Street" or "St", "Suite 4" or "#4" — and every listing uses it exactly. This one decision prevents most of what we get hired to fix two years later.

Verified before anyone else claims it

Unclaimed listings can be edited by strangers and, occasionally, claimed by them. We verify first.

Categories chosen against the data

Category is the highest-leverage field in local search and the one most often picked carelessly. We choose against what competitors actually rank for.

A complete profile, not a stub

Service areas, attributes, holiday hours, payment methods, accessibility, booking links, products and real photographs.

Reviews accumulating from customer one

The request system is live on day one, so you aren't starting from zero in year two.

For established businesses

Most of what we do for existing businesses is repair

You don't have a blank slate. You have history — office moves, a rebrand, a phone system change, an agency that created listings and left without handing over the logins.

Duplicates splitting your reviews

Consolidated into one profile with one history.

Profiles you own but can't edit

Verified to a former employee's email. We recover access.

An address that only half propagated

Corrected at the aggregator, so it spreads instead of being patched site by site.

Categories describing the business you were

Re-mapped to what you actually sell now.

Branches that closed but still take calls

Found, marked and removed from the mapping data.

We've never audited an established business and found nothing.

If we audit yours and everything is genuinely correct, we'll tell you that and you owe us nothing.

How we run it

Six stages, and you own everything at the end of them

Every listing is verified to accounts you own. We work as managers on your profiles, not owners of them.

01

Audit

We scan the web for every existing reference to your business, map what's accurate and what isn't, and check your visibility against your closest competitors. You get a written report whether or not you engage us.

3–5 working days

02

Define the record

We agree the canonical version with you — legal name, trading name, address format, numbers, hours, categories, service areas. This document becomes the reference for everything downstream, including your printed material.

One working session

03

Claim and verify

We claim unclaimed listings, recover access to profiles locked to old accounts, and complete platform verification. Some steps involve postcards, phone calls or video — we handle the process and tell you exactly when we need you.

1–3 weeks

04

Build and publish

Complete profiles across core platforms, aggregators and your industry directories. Photography, descriptions, service lists, links and attributes filled in properly rather than left at defaults.

2–3 weeks

05

Suppress duplicates

Merge, close or remove the conflicting copies, then confirm the changes actually propagated. This takes weeks because the platforms control the timing — we track it until it's done.

6–12 weeks to settle

06

Monitor and maintain

Change requests, suggested-edit rejections, review alerts, seasonal hours, and a monthly report showing discovery searches, direction requests, calls and website clicks.

Ongoing, monthly reporting

Setting expectations

Corrections don't land everywhere at once

Platforms we control update in days. Aggregators take weeks. The hundreds of downstream copies follow after that. Anyone promising instant results is describing the first tier only.

The unfair advantage

Your listings and your printed material should say the same thing

We're unusual among IT providers: we also run a print studio.

The canonical record we define doesn't just drive your online listings. It drives your business cards, signage, vehicle livery, brochures and packaging too. A phone number that differs between your shopfront sign and your map listing is a real ranking problem and a real customer-confusion problem — and most providers can only fix half of it.

One address format, one number, one set of hours — printed, published and verified from the same source. When something changes, both sides update at once.

Find out what the internet currently says about you

The audit is free, takes a few days, and arrives as a written report you can act on with or without us. Most businesses are surprised by at least one thing in it.
